ML1 Service Directors:

• 10 years experience in management, service advising, auto repair shop related activities.
• Must have excellent customer service, sales and employee relationship skills.
• Must have automotive related knowledge and background
• To oversee and manage multiple locations

ML2 Store Managers:

• 4-9 years experience in management, service advising, auto repair shop related activities.
• Must have excellent customer service, sales and employee relationship skills
• Must have automotive related knowledge and background
• To oversee and manage single location
• Salary + Bonus

ML3 Assistant Store Managers:

• 2-5 years experience in management, service advising, auto repair shop related activities.
• Must have excellent customer service, sales and organizational skills.
• Must have automotive related knowledge and background
• To handle inventory, parts ordering, receiving along with other administrative duties.

ML4 Junior Assistant Managers:

• Must have some retail and/or shop experience.
• Must want to learn and pursue a career in store operations.
• Must be positive, personable, outgoing, a real go getter.

Auto Technician/Shop Positions

TL1 Master Certified Techs:

• 3-6 years experience as ASE Certified Auto Technician.
• Must have in good standing ASE Master Certification.
• Must be able to oversee 4-5 tech shop as well as work in production.
• Must be willing to help and train other techs and shop assistants.
• Flat rate:

TL2 ASE Certified Techs:

• 3-6 years experience as ASE Certified Auto Technician.
• Must have ASE Certification in at least one category in good standing.
• Flat Rate:

TL3 Techs:

• 5-10 years experience as an auto technician.
• Flat rate:

TL4 General Service Techs:

• Will Train !!!!!!!!
• Must desire a career as a technician.
• Duties include but not limited to oil changes, system flushes, light supervised mechanical work.
• Hourly rate:
